EMERGENCY PRODUCTION
PROJECTS
Here are some examples of our recent work. If you would like more details or find inspiration, contact us and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.
NAHA / City of Hope Spirit of Life Gala
Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas NV
This is an annual back-to-back series of events. Two of our clients have events in Las Vegas on the same weekend, so we suggested a shared set to save on expenses. As a result, we create one of the most innovative sets Mandalay Bay has even seen in its ballroom year after year.
Featuring various pitch LED tiles, most stock designs would stop there. We took it two steps further. First, we create custom graphic content for each event. We also move pieces around in very subtle ways to give a different look with the same equipment.
Just because it's identical gear between two days doesn't mean it should look or feel the same!
Hatch Awards
House of Blues, Boston MA
Celebrating its 54th year, the Hatch Awards is New England’s annual awards show for creative branding and marketing. With awards categories ranging from print to TV, broadcast to digital, mobile, and web-based content, the Hatch Awards continues in its tradition of celebrating the very best in creative excellence in the region.
We utilized our 7mm indoor LED Tiles, large format 70" LED Displays, and the high powered Chauvet 230SR Beam lights to enhance the already amazing venue.
City of Hope Centennial Gala
Duarte CA
Helping celebrate this research hospital's 100th year was truly an honor. The client ordered a tent that just barely fit in between two buildings then left it up to us to make it both elegant and cutting edge. We then decided to projection map the entire inner roof of this 180' x 80' structure!
We created the content for the mapping using iconic imagry from around the hospital campus: Coi pond, Japanese gardens, Hope Lives Here statue, DNA strands, and more.
Private Party
LA Center Studios, Hollywood CA
We took this massive space for 200 guests and transformed it into three smaller, more manageable sections. First was the cocktail reception with simple, dark, modern mood lighting. The second was a classic seated dinner. The third featured a kabuki drop revealing a live concert look made to replicate an arena: raised stage, full line array, massive lighting display, and low lighting around all the perimeter.
